We had to wait for 15 minutes or so for the car to turn up but the men who brought it were friendly and helpful and efficient. Someone was waiting for us as arranged at the airport to return the car, who again was friendly and efficient. I am waiting for the deposit to be returned but have only been home for 48 hours so am sure it will be soon.

A very good service provided by Zest. Our flight was changed which meant we had to re-schedule the vehicle collection and this was completed immediately following a telephone call. This was also the second time that we had chosen Last Minute Rental in Croatia and their service was also excellent. No fuss and a brand new vehicle was provided. Very impressed and we shall certainly use Zest for our future holiday vehicle rental

Only hiccup they took larger deposit for car in error but was glad to see the deposit amount they held was cleared very quickly after we returned the car.

We have used Zest for quite a few years now and have always been pleased with their service. The additional insurance is a good feature as it means we can simply decline any further insurance offered by the local provider and still be fully covered. The additional driver at no extra cost is also a good feature. I particularly like the email sent from Zest shortly before the rental starts, with the checklist/reminder of what one needs to have on hand when collecting the car at the local rental desk - and who you have rented it from! Another good experience - we will be back

Picking up and dropping off the car was easy as you like, very efficient. Very easy to book online with Zest, will definitely use again.

The Alamo staff at Pula airport could not have been more helpful. Walked me out to the vehicle and showed the car on collection, also guided me in on return for a very quick process. Equally as important I was dealt with on a friendly and smiling basis ....unlike many car hire pick ups. A genuine 10/10 service.

Zest Car Rental provided a quick and simple online booking service on the website. Collection of the vehicle on our arrival at Pula Airport was extremely efficient and the vehicle provided exceeded our expectations. Would certainly use Zest for future bookings abroad.
