The car had several scuffs on all sides of the vehicle, which had already been noted by Last Minute and were pointed out to me at the point of collection, and duly recorded on the handover sheet. This was no problem as I actually prefer a scuffed rental car to a pristine one. Very happy with Zest and Last Minute.

Excellent service from yourselves and Alamo Croatia, and when I accidently left the car light on and ran down the battery Alamo were very helpful and got us on our way within an hour, so thank you Zest and Alamo for an excellent car and service.

From booking on-line to returning the car everything went very smooth. We hired from directly outside the airport at Dubrovnik and drove in Bosnia & Huskvenkia 1 day and Montenegro another taking in some wonderful sights in both. The supplied papers where all correct and made for a most enjoyable part of our holiday with no rush to catch coaches or keep to someone else's schedule. The border crossings were also very smooth and professional. Well worth paying the extra insurance for cross border travel which in Sept 23 was £50 booked in advance and paid locally.

From booking online to collecting at the airport it was an easy straightforward rental. Thanks to the staff at Croatia Oryx rental as they were easy to communicate with after finding out the cars are not the standard usb but type C connections now.
