Exploring Costa Rica
Travel to La Fortuna which should take around 90 minutes. The Arenal Volcano is close by and definitely worth a visit.
Drive for 2 hours in the opposite direction and you will reach Quepos. Nestled in the midst of the Manuel Antonio National Park, the beauty here is difficult to surpass.
Journey to San Ramon, only 40 minutes away. Located in the Central Valley and found within the mountains, head to the main square and enjoy the views.
Take a trip to Braulio Carrillo National Park for a taste of the rainforest. Head through the forest to Barva Volcano or hike through the breathtaking scenery. You may even spot jaguars, monkeys or toucans.
Drive towards the coast and you will find Puntarenas. It is perfect if you are looking for somewhere to soak up some sunshine, and laze on a beach. Wander along the tourist walk and then head to the Historic Marine Museum.
