They upgraded us to a brand new Citroen C4, because I'd asked for a manual shift. Took a bit of persuasion to get them to change the cars language to English, otherwise I'd have been clueless! Apart from that, they were great. No hassling from them about extra CDW cover when I said we had that through yourselves

Your service was top rate, I had to phone to alter the length of my booking. The phone was answered promptly and my request dealt with courteously and efficiently. Chose Zest cos recommended by Which? magazine. Definitely use again

Zest Customer Services were extremely helpful on the day of collection when we were worried about a payment issue. They got the problem resolved very quickly, on a Saturday morning too, we were very grateful.
