I found it refreshing that I was not pressured into taking out the enhanced insurance that some Car Hire Companies "Bully" and I mean bully customers into taking out. I have an annual policy and a simple "No Thank You" surficed and we moved of....great. One comment / observation I have to make it seems indicative of all hire car companies never clean the windscreen/windshield inside the car.
