Overall a very good experience, i thought using a booking company as opposed to being direct rental may be an issue - it wasn't. I had a puncture on the last day of rental, and although i have just started my claim process for the reimbursement of costs Thrifty, Zest and Orchard (the claim handling company) have all been very easy to deal with.
