My experience with Dollar was first class. This was the first time I’d picked up from a city centre location and it worked perfectly. No queues, paperwork done in less than 5 mins and walk to The car in about 3 mins. I wish airport pickup la could be just as smooth. Shout out to Santa and Monica who were friendly and helpful! I’d have no hesitation in using Dollar again, a lot better than Avis or Budget in my experience.
