I would rate my experience excellent with Zest and Thrifty compare to other rental company. Easy pick up and quick drop off. I supposed to have a Toyota Fortuner or similar which I was given Crysler Pacifica (wagon) which was more specious and an upgrade. The lady at the counter was super professional and helpful.

As always I was very impressed with the service I received from Zest. It is great to deal with an organisation that is straightforward and where there are no hidden extras. I rejected the first car I was offered from Dollar when checking the vehicle I noticed that the tyres had excessive wear and the tread was close to the legal limit. To their credit they immediately apologised changed the vehicle and gave me a free upgrade to a brand new car which was a a delight to drive. I would not hire a car without using Zest abroad and would not hesitate to recommend your organisation.

No issues here, picked car up early which was fine by Dollar at Pearson Airport. Helpful guy, car ready in minutes. All good.
