As we were first time customers the pick up of our vehicle was a bit slower as we needed to provide additional details that could only be gathered on arrival, but we appreciated the thoroughness. Our vehicle was as described and ran well (it would have been handy to have a car manual in the glove box as we didn't know how to work some of the 'in-screen functions'. Perhaps this was intentional to stop people fiddling with the selected 'in-lane safety mode' (a beeper kept going off when it perceived we were drifting out of our lane, which while a great feature, it became a little annoying as most of the roads we travelled on in Bulgaria were impossible to stay in lane, while avoiding the potholes! We would definitely book with Top Rent a Car again (and Zest, who we booked through were very efficient, gave timely reminders of what documents and cards we needed, and offered good advice and price on car insurance). There were no nasty surprise costs!

The car was spotless and virtually brand new. The service by the Avis/ Budget staff was excellent. The deposit was returned the same day I returned the car. I would recommend using zest to anyone. They email regular information updates and reminders prior to and throughout the rental period. 10 out of 10

Service was excellent, the car was great, except that I specifically ordered a hatchback, but got a saloon. Luckily plans had changed so I didn't actually need a hatchback. Apart from that, 10/10!

I have used zest several times and also when you were economy car hire and have always been happy with the service. Will use again on my next car hire
