Off airport provider adds a little inconvenience but compensated for by efficiency of their service. No upsell at desk just a simple statement of choices.

It was the first time we had ever rented a car so we were apprehensive but this turned out to be a very quick and easy process. Booking process through Zest was very simple, value for money, we purchased the extra insurance through them and the booking was confirmed very quickly. Collecting the car from Record Go at the airport was very easy, they explained everything clearly and we were not pressurised into purchasing any additional insurance at the desk. We were very happy with the car they supplied and the returns process was quick and easy. Would definitely not hesitate to use Zest and Record Go again.

Excellent service and advice from both Zest and Drivalia. The car provided was larger than the category I booked which made transporting 5 people and luggage very easy. No issues arose with CDW request and the agent did not try to persuade me to buy the extra insurance when I told him I already had it. The car return process was also very fast and efficient.
