As the car I was originally booked in for was unavailable, they upgraded me free of charge. Car had existing minor damage which was already documented on the contract. Very happy overall

The whole process was very smooth and straight-forward. Booking via Zest gave an added level of reassurance, particularly as I chose to take out the additional insurance, which was very reasonably priced.
