Alamo team in Innsbruck great to be there out of hours as plane was delayed. I was the only customer but they still waited. Very good of them - good price - efficient handover - clear handling of charges for driving into Italy- good car.

The service of the europcar desk staff at Innsbruck Airport was very good. There was just one member of staff on duty. He was already dealing with a complicated customer when we arrived. But he quickly dealt with our hire requirements, and we were quickly on our way.
