It’s been over 20 years since the communist regime fell but Albania has taken its time catching up with the rest of Eastern Europe. However, it’s retained its beautiful villages and wonderful examples of Ottoman architecture. Whether you’re here for the mountains or the coastline, Albania is sure to captivate and draw you back.
