The original car supplied was most unsuitable, with 80k on the clock and an annoying stop/start engine system. Not nice, with all the roundabouts! One email to Zest on a Sunday, the problem was resolved. Masterkings rang one hour later to apologise and brought a replacement car to us the next morning. An apology and no extra charge. On returning the car, again another apology. Well done and great customer service from Zest and Masterkings. Thank you both. Yes, the time to resolve the problem is immediately, not when you arrive home. Replacement car was superior and low mileage. Second time with Zest & Masterkings, superior service.
