Extremely helpful representative was waiting to meet us when we returned car. It was close to departure area and there was not the trek from the usual rental centre.

I have used Zest for several years now having previously booked direct with the car hire company. Zest are able to source the best deals and the flexibility of being able to cancel right up to the last minute is a bonus.

Found the whole process to be very straightforward and the service at Faro airport both at pickup and return was excellent. On top of that, the pricing was extremely competitive and having taken the top up insurance, no attempts to upsell at the pick up desk which was a refreshing change. Highly recommend.
