Super impressed. I rang a couple of times - someone answered the phone quickly - a person, not a machine. I received re assurance about extra insurance (which I always find stressful and your re assurance allowed me to be confident to refusing their attempt to sell me extra insurance). Documents clear. And a week before I realised the hire price for the same vehicle had dropped by £97. I rang to ask if I could cancel and re book. No need Zest said. We will do it for you. The refund of the £97 was back within 3 days. Perfect.
