For the fourth year in a row, we are delighted to announce that we’ve yet again won the Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award.
What does that mean?
It means our customer service has been rated as awesome by a load of genuine customers (6755 reviews in 2017 to be precise!).
Technically speaking, we’ve met the criteria set by Feefo (an independent global reviews website who collect honest feedback from real customers), and collected over 50 reviews in 2017 which have given us an overall feedback rating of between 4.5 and 5.0 out of 5.0.
How does Feefo work?
When you place a booking through us, you’ll be sent an email the next day from Feefo asking for feedback. Some customers misunderstand and say it’s too early for them to review the service… but the review isn’t about your experience with the car.
The email will ask you to review your experience so far of dealing with Zest in making your booking. We want your feedback on aspects like our website, the booking process, and any customer service you might have received from our team.
(By the way, we send you a survey post-rental which will allow you to comment on the vehicle and service given by the car rental provider.)
Clicking through to the Feefo site from the email will allow you to give us a star rating out of 5 and write a comment about the experience you’ve had with Zest.
We always ask that if you have a complaint, give us the opportunity to look into it first. Our Customer Support Team are here to help our customers resolve any issues and answer any queries. We’ll always endeavour to reach a positive outcome for you.
Posting comments to Feefo allows us the opportunity to look into any issues you may have spotted, or pass on any positive feedback to a member of the team that you’ve dealt with.
