Our overall score for customer satisfaction from Which? this year climbed to 90%. An increase over last year’s 89% due to the improvements we’ve made from listening to all of your feedback. As well as adding ways to make managing your booking easier like Book Now Pay Later and the ability to cancel your booking online.
Once again Which? have given us 5 Stars in categories that matter most such as Clarity of Final Hire Cost and Clarity of Extra Charges. This year too we’ve been given a lofty 5 stars for our customer service, the first and only broker to get 5 stars in this category.
