Feefo are an independent ratings company. They send out a short survey when you have placed a booking on our website. This allows us to monitor your experience of booking with us. It also gives you the opportunity to tell us your comments. We can use this information to ensure that you are receiving the great levels of customer service that we pride ourselves on.
We are extremely proud to announce that we have been awarded the accolade of Feefo Gold Trusted Merchant 2015. This award is given to highlight companies that are providing excellent customer service.
It is awarded to those companies who achieve an average service rating of between 95% and 100%. We have achieved an average rating of 98%!
We also send out a survey once your booking has taken place. This allows you to rate the service provided by the
supplier, ourselves and the condition of the vehicle. We use this information to monitor the quality of service provided by the supplier. This helps us to maintain our levels of customer service from booking, all the way through to dropping off the car.
