Feefo Gold Trusted once again …
This is the third year in a row that Zest Car Rental has been awarded Gold Merchant Status. Having changed our name from Economy Car Hire to Zest back in August 2016, it is fantastic to see that our customers have continued to support us.
How do you win a Feefo award?
Feefo is an independent ratings and review company. When customers make a booking on our website, a short survey is sent asking you to rate your experience with Zest. To achieve this award, we collected at least 50 reviews between January 1st 2016 and December 31st 2016. We also had a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 5.0.
