We are looking at booking a car from Liverpool Airport when we are in UK in December. The pop-up insurance is quoted at 3 GBP per day on your website:
“We provide the option to take out additional Top-up insurance when booking. It is charged at £3 per rental day. The cost of top-up insurance is displayed on the search results page and on step 2 of the booking process”.
However this insurance appears not to be available to travellers from New Zealand. We are UK citizens returning for a holiday. Is it possible to purchase this insurance?

Thank you for your comment. The third party provider of the top-up insurance can’t supply the product to residents of certain countries. Unfortunately, New Zealand is one of these. We are however looking to offer a product which doesn’t have these exclusions and we hope to have this in place in the future.
