If your travel plans change or get delayed, you will need to amend your car rental booking otherwise your rental will be labelled as a no show and you will not be eligible for a refund. Of course you can cancel and receive a full refund with our Free Cancellation policy, but did you know you can amend it instead? Here is how you can amend your car rental booking: 

Edit booking through My Account… 

First find your booking on the My Account page. If you don’t have an account, you can view your booking by providing the booking reference number (found on your confirmation email) and the driver’s last name.

Once you have the correct booking reference open, you can find the Edit Booking button on the table on the right.

After getting on the edit booking page, you can submit an edit booking request. A member of our customer support team will then be in touch as soon as possible to assist you with your request.

For more urgent amendments, contact us and a member of our customer support team will be able to assist you with your booking change. Operating hours for our phonelines are as follows: 

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 HRS – 19:00 HRS (UK)  
  • Saturday & Bank Holidays: 08:00 HRS – 17:00 HRS (UK)  
  • Sunday: 10:00 HRS – 16:00 HRS (UK) 

We also have an out of hours 24/7 phoneline that can be contacted in an emergency.
