I would not go with any other provider, Zest even got me a full refund when my recent flight to Alicante was cancelled because of the bad weather. I didn’t even think of asking for a refund, Zest contacted me by phone and told me that as it wasn’t my fault they would request a refund or part refund for me, I got a full refund.
I also had a query and a question about my insurance cover with the car hire firm in Malaga and the firm called Zest and they sorted it for me with no problem, they are always on the end of the phone either in England or abroad.

In short, yes you have more protection with us. Unlike other brokers, we only work with companies who provide and maintain an excellent level of service which means you’re far less likely to have these issues at all. We’re constantly monitoring our providers too so that if standards do drop, we can make sure the issue is sorted!
Plus, all of our bookings come with excess protection, and we have a UK based called centre and 24/7 emergency telephone support if anything does go wrong.

The greatest concern of consumers is charges being taken from credit cards after a rental period for alleged damage and charges and fines.
Can you explain how Zest can help the consumer in the event of such circumstances as a disagreement between a customer and a rental company?

Completely agree that is a huge concern for people when hiring a car.
We do everything we can to prevent this from happening by simply having a much more select approach to the providers we work with. Put simply, the providers we work with don’t do this and if they did, we would very quickly stop working with them. We’re constantly monitoring all of our car hire providers for quality and customer service to make sure the standards never drop.
In the event that a provider we work with did do this, we would work directly with them and the customer to make sure that the outcome is fair, reasonable and honest. E.g, work out if the charges are truthful and if so, if the charge is reasonable.
