Very courteous service and quick collection formalities. On collection we were not advised that we had to return the car to the dedicated return bay some 5 scar spaces further from collection point.

Overall very happy with Zest, having used you on 6 previous occasions. Only one small gripe with this hire. I sent a message/query to your reply portal on your website prior to the car collection and I didn’t receive a reply.

Needed a replacement car as I had a problem with a raised kerb which caused some tyre damage. Autos Menorca were very responsive and provided the replacement the next morning. We visit Menorca multiple times each year. We always use Autos Menorca and have found them to be excellent and efficient.

I noted that the vehicle had a lot of minor scratches, took video of these on collection of the vehicle and pointed this out to the Hiper desk person. He agreed with me and acknowledged this. No further scratches or blemishes were experienced during our hire. Overall, a good experience, we would use Hiper/ Zest again.

No major problems taken direct from the airport after a short wait Our flight was slightly delayed but meant we got to the offices after 10pm but they stayed open later enabling us to collect the car Return of the car was quickly completed Our security deposit was returned within 2 working days

Excellent procedure all round. Only fly in the ointment being the fact that it cost me an extra £130 to take out their top insurance. Because I couldn't remember the pin number for my credit card to back up the excess!!
